SRP - PowerWise Business Solutions Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

SRP Business Solutions is a program designed to help SRP business customers manage energy usage and increase the energy efficiency of participating facilities. Within this program there are several different programs that offer rebates for small businesses, lighting, heating and cooling, ECM motors, compressed air systems, custom projects, large business energy assessments and equipment upgrades, new construction and retro-commissioning of existing major mechanical and electrical systems. All equipment must meet program efficiency and installation requirements.

Standard Incentives:

  • $350 per kW reduced for ENERGY STAR® or DesignLights™ approved LED fixtures and lamps
  • Up to $25 per occupancy sensor installed

Steps to Get a Rebate:

  • Complete and submit the rebate reservation request (optional)
  • Complete and submit the rebate application
  • Receive written approval from SRP.
  • Order, purchase and install the approved equipment.
  • Complete and submit the installation notice
  • Receive your equipment rebate.

Custom Incentives:

You must receive approval of your rebate application before initiating any project.

Equipment rebates:

  • $0.10 per kilowatt-hour for the first year of electricity savings, up to 50% of the incremental cost

Because each project is different, savings are determined on a per-project basis. This requires that energy use be verified before and after installation to ensure that savings were achieved and you receive the full rebate.

*SRP’s program year is May 1, 2015 – April 30, 2016 for both the Standard and Custom Programs. The 2016 Program is fully subscribed. However, a waitlist has been established and application will be processed as funds become available in the order they were received.
