During the Term (as defined above) of this Agreement, ENERGY OUTLET (EO) shall provide the following 

Services for CUSTOMER: 

A. Grant of Exclusive Rights to collaborate and act on behalf of CUSTOMERS Clients for processing of: 

Rebates and Utility Incentive/Interconnection Paperwork. 

a. EO will provide a Rebates and Utility Incentive/Interconnection processing service for 

CUSTOMER; be responsible for navigating and adhering to the rules and regulations of the utility 

incentive program on behalf of CUSTOMER and their clients to secure incentives and 

interconnection requirements for their clients. 

b. EO agrees to process utility paperwork with a reasonable timeframe of receiving the full and 

complete rebate document package, maintain all the steps required by the utility for the rebate 

incentive and/or interconnection process. 

c. EO, is not responsible for a change in utility incentives available thru the incentive program. 

d. If an application is rejected by the utility due to an error by EO and not corrected within the utility 

required timeframe, then EO will refund CUSTOMER the processing fee in full. In this event, EO 

will not be liable for the amount of the incentive or any other risks or costs associated with the 

said project. 

e. EO makes no claim to guarantee any incentive amounts or program/rebate information under any 

circumstances. 

Acceptance: The Term of services shall become an Agreement in accordance with authorized acceptance of these 

terms and conditions.
