Idaho Power offers incentives for its commercial and industrial customers in Idaho and Oregon to upgrade to more efficient equipment in facilities. They provide incentives for lighting equipment and controls, HVAC equipment and controls, building shell, and grocery/refrigeration equipment. This program is for Idaho Power commercial or industrial customers on rate Schedule 7 (Small General Service, Small Commercial), Schedule 9 (Large General Service, Large Commercial), or Schedule 19 (Large Power Service, Large Industrial). Projects seeking over $1,000 in incentives require preapproval.

Great River Energy, a generation and transmission cooperative which serves 28 electric distribution cooperatives in Minnesota, offers rebates for the installation of certain energy efficiency improvements to residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural customers of its member utilities. The list of eligible measures generally includes lighting, motors, adjustable speed drives, compressed air systems, refrigeration, and HVAC devices. However, the rebate programs are administered by each individual electric distribution cooperative so program specifics may vary depending on the cooperative. Rebates for custom measures or prescriptive rebates for additional technologies may be eligible depending on the cooperative in question.

Grays Harbor PUD's Non-Residential Rebate Program offers financial incentives to its small and large commercial customers, agricultural customers, industrial customers, and institutional customers like schools and governments for the installation of energy efficient equipment in their facilities. The program provides rebates for any project with verifiable electric energy savings, including large HVAC, lighting, or refrigeration projects. All projects must be pre-approved and a formal application must be on file prior to the start of work to qualify for the PUD rebate programs. Projects must be completed within 90 days of pre-approval to receive rebate.

Southern Minnesota Municipal Power Agency (SMMPA) is a joint-action agency which generates and sells reliable electricity at wholesale to its eighteen non-profit, municipally-owned member utilities, and develops innovative products and services to help them deliver value to customers. With help from SMMPA, Grand Marais Public Utilities provides incentives for its commercial and industrial customers to improve the energy efficiency of participating facilities. Rebates are available for a variety of energy-efficient equipment: lighting, HVAC, replacement motors, variable speed drives, anti-sweat heater controls for cooler/freezer doors, food service equipment, and custom measures. Each type of equipment has minimum efficiency and performance ratings which must be met in order to qualify for the rebate.

Georgia Power offers Small Commercial rebates to customers on qualifying rates.

Georgia Power offers rebates to all new and existing commercial customers on an eligible commercial rate plan. Incentives are available for lighting, heating and cooling equipment, reflective roofing, food service equipment, refrigeration equipment, water heating measures and others. Custom options are also available. Applications for rebates must be submitted within 90 days of the project's competion.

Garland Power and Light (GP&L) offers the incentives to its residential, small commercial and commercial customers to increase the energy efficiency of homes and facilities. Rebates for installing central air conditioning or heat pumps in already existing homes and businesses is available to residential and small commercial customers. Additionally, a separate lighting program is available to commercial customers who reduced their facility demand. Details on both offerings are available on the program web site.
Residential customers also qualify for rebates when they install high efficiency window air conditioning units with an Energy Star Rating or make weatherization improvements to already existing homes. Eligible weatherization measures include: ceiling insulation up-grades, weather-stripping, caulking, Energy Star windows and doors, window solar screens and film, duct insulation or replacement, duct leakage tests, and duct sealing.

Gainesville Regional Utilities offers rebates on a variety of energy-efficient technologies for its residential electric and gas customers. Eligibility and system requirements vary widely between programs and all equipment requirements must be met in order to participate.

Flathead Electric Cooperative, in conjunction with Bonneville Power Administration, encourages energy efficiency in the commercial sector by providing a commercial lighting retro-fit rebate program and a new construction lighting rebate program. When certain fixtures and/or bulbs are replaced with more efficient ones, or new high-efficiency fixtures are purchased, facility-owners may be eligible for a rebate that will help to offset the cost. In most cases the rebate will cover a significant portion of the initial cost. Certain restrictions apply and can be found on theapplication form. The rebate must be pre-approved by Flathead Electric Cooperative prior to the measures being installed and will be the lesser of 70% of the actual project cost, or the per fixture rebate total as calculated on the Lighting Rebate Verification Reports. Interested customers should check the verification form for either the new construction or retro-fit program.

FirstEnergy (Potomac Edision) offers several incentives for non-residential and municipal customers to upgrade traffic signals, pedestrian signals, street lights to more efficient fixtures. The Municipal Lighting Incentive Program offers flat-rate incentives per fixture for converting to LED traffic and Pedestrian signals. The Streetlighting program offers prescriptive incentives for retrofitting Mercury Vapor streetlights to more efficient technologies such as high pressure sodium fixtures, LED fixtures and induction fixtures. Such fixtures must have on dusk-to-dawn photo sensors to qualify.
